Store Policy
AW Reptiles guarantees sex, genetics listed and health of all animals sold.
Payments:
AW Reptiles accepts payments via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Square, Zelle or cash for local pickups. Payments are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis. Payment plans and deposits to hold a reptile are non-refundable. A minimum deposit of 25% will be required to hold a reptile and all payments must be made in full 30 days after deposit.
Shipping:
AW Reptiles ships using Reptiles 2 You and shipping is $50-100 overnight to your local FedEx HUB in the United States. Please message us for an exact quote. We ship Monday thru Wednesday weather permitting. Appropriate shipping temperatures are above 40° but under 90°. In the event of unsafe weather we will care for your reptile at no additional charge until it is safe to ship.
Live Arrival Guarantee:
-Correct address/information must be given for proper delivery.
-We can not guarantee live arrival in extreme temperatures and may need to delay shipping until suitable weather presents itself.
-We must be informed of a DOA within 1 hour of the arrival time and proof of death is required.
-Buyer must pick up shipment from the FedEx location within 2 hours of arrival. Failure to pick up any shipment within 2 hours of arrival voids the live arrival guarantee.
Auctions:
All auctions must be paid in full within 24 hours. NO PAYMENT PLANS. Shipping price will be listed in the ad and total will be final auction price plus shipping listed. We only ship to your local Fedex Hub for pickup and under no circumstances will we ship to your door.
