Snakes will be shipped according to the weather. Plans will be made after purchases to guarantee safe shipment. Shipping will done on Monday-Wednesday only by FedEx Priority overnight. We will only ship when temperatures are between 40*F- 85*F. Priority overnight charges will be according to your shipping postal code. You can inquire on what you shipping cost would be.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Live arrival is only guaranteed if you are at home to receive your snake or held at the FedEx Hub to be picked up with in a hour of notification.

Payment plans are accepted on many of our animals we offer, on a case by case basis. There is a 25% non refundable deposit to put a animal on hold or as a down payment.
