Payment Plans must be discussed and some animals may not qualify. 60 days is the maximum length for a payment plan unless otherwise discussed privately. If payment is not fulfilled in the discussed time period, I will contact you directly to remind. I am very understanding so keep that in mind :)
CornBred Exotics Terms of Service:
Live Arrival Guarantee:
CornBred Exotics guarantees the live arrival of your purchased reptiles. Our responsibility is to ensure that the animal is alive upon arrival at the designated FedEx hub for pickup. It is crucial for customers to understand that this guarantee is only valid when the animal is picked up directly from the FedEx hub.
Guarantee Conditions:
Pickup Requirement: The live arrival guarantee is only valid if the customer picks up the animal from the FedEx hub within the designated time frame provided by FedEx for pickup. Delayed pickups beyond this time frame will void the live arrival guarantee.
Claim Submission: In the unfortunate event of a deceased animal upon arrival, the customer must notify CornBred Exotics within four (4) hours of the pickup. The claim must include photographic evidence of the deceased animal along with the shipping label and packaging. Claims made after the four-hour window will not be valid.
Sex and Genetics Guarantee: CornBred Exotics guarantees the sex and genetics of the reptile only when explicitly stated in the product description. We ensure accuracy in the representation of our animals' genetic lineage and sex, provided that it is specified at the time of purchase.
Limitation of Liability: CornBred Exotics is not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as carrier delays, mishandling by shipping services, or improper care post-arrival. Our guarantee covers the live arrival and the conditions specified (sex and genetics when stated.)
Refund or Replacement: In cases where the live arrival guarantee is applicable, and a claim is validated, CornBred Exotics will offer a refund or replacement of the animal, subject to availability. The choice of refund or replacement will be at the discretion of CornBred Exotics.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for the new reptile. This includes preparing the necessary habitat, temperature control, and food supply in accordance with the species' requirements. Should you need any advice on General Husbandry and Enclosure please don't hesitate to reach out!
Changes to Terms:
CornBred Exotics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the terms periodically to ensure they are informed of any changes.
