Store Policy

Payment methods:
We will send an invoice through SQUARE which can be paid with debit or credit card.
Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money sent.
Payment Plans:
Payment plans are welcomed and determined on a case-by-case basis on purchases over $500. A typical payment plan can be started with a non-refundable 25% deposit, ranging from 30-90 days depending on the price of the animal. Please inquire in regard to specific animals. No holds will be placed on animals without a deposit. Shipping will not occur until the full agreed upon amount is received from the payment plan.
Shipping:
We ship on Tuesdays, weather permitting. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center (hub), where they will be held for pickup.
If the buyer fails to pick up within 4 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee is void.
We reserve the right to postpone a shipment due to unfavorable weather conditions.
Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a credit or replacement.
Genetics Guarantee:
Some combinations can be very difficult to identify with 100% certainty. We make our very best guess based off of the adult pairing and opinions of other breeders.
All “hets” are guaranteed.
