Store Policy

All snakes are guaranteed to be healthy.
All snakes we sell are sexed properly, however this gives no guarantee.
Reservation for up to 3 months can be made, with a non-refundable deposit of 25% or a minimum of 50€ per Paypal or direct bank transfer. Long term reservations can be arranged. If you do not show up at the agreed date and place, the reservation voids and Your deposit will not be refunded. We always keep the right to cancel an already made reservation - in that case, deposit will be refunded.

Delivery to Praga and Hamm shows can be arranged after prior arrangement of details, other locations are determined individually.

If you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 24 hours after collection or delivery.
