Store Policy
Short term payment plans are available on a case by case basis. Live arrival is guaranteed. Any DOA must be reported within one hour of delivery, and pictures must be provided as proof. Sex and recessive genetics will always be guaranteed unless otherwise noted. As codominant combinations are becoming more and more complex, all identifications on multi gene combos are theoretical, although we will do our absolute best to identify every animal using all resources available.
Health is guaranteed for 72 hours. We guarantee your snake will arrive healthy and mite free!
