Welcome to Sphera Sepentis Reptiles. Most importantly, thank you for your visiting our store.
I formed this company with my life-long friend and fellow herper, Deric Walpole. We have been keeping and breeding reptiles since we were kids. Together we are focused on elevating our own collections and providing investment grade ball pythons to the friends we make in this industry.
Deric Walpole holds the degrees of Bachelor of Science - Wildlife and Fisheries Science and Master of Science - Genetics and is published in The Journal of Mammology. Store Policy
Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including credit card, PayPal, Venmo, SQUARE, wire transfer, and money orders / certified checks. Payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.
Payment plans: Offered on a case-by-case basis. Our typical plans start with a 20% deposit and require the full balance to be paid within 30-60 days. Please inquire about a plan specific to this animal. All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.
Sales / Shipping Guarantee:
1. If Seller backs out of a deal that Buyer has paid money into, Seller is responsible to pay back 100% of the money, including any portion labeled as non-refundable.
2. If Seller goes 14 days or more without a response to Buyer that has given them money and not yet received the animal, then the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable portions and owes the Buyer a 100% refund if/when they ask for it, subject to MorphMarket’s discretion.
3. Animals are guaranteed to arrive to Buyer alive and in good health condition.
4. Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is exactly the one represented in the ad, unless otherwise stipulated in the ad with the use of an official Representative Photo.
5. Seller guarantees the sex of the animal being delivered. Claim period is 7 days, please double check the sex of your purchase upon arrival.
6. Seller guarantees that the animal shipped will not be LESS than 20% margin of error in weight if the weight is advertised
7. Seller guarantees the animal was shipped out in a healthy state and shipped according to all FedEx or UPS’s rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery.
8. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 24 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
9. Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Genetics Guarantee: (Effective September 2022)
1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we cannot 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals.
2. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed.
3. Correct gender is fully guaranteed.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
