-By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to all the terms below.

-All reptiles are guaranteed 100% alive and healthy in the US when shipped to a HUB.

-International shipping is available at buyer's expense. International orders are not guaranteed.

-We will hold all reptiles until a safe weather window opens. We have supplies to safely ship from 40⁰-100⁰.

-We are always available to help with reptile care, and are not responsible for reptiles at all once in your possession. We do not sell reptiles with feeding issues or for you to over-handle, and will not refund or return due to husbandry

We are not responsible for gecko tail drops during shipping.

Payment plans are 20% non-refundable deposit with 30 days to pay balance. NO DEPOSIT=NO HOLD

If there are ANY issues with your new reptile, you have ONE HOUR to contact us from time of Fedex delivery/pickup. I am not responsible for any animal not picked up by close of your hub business hours.
