Shredder is an incomplete dominant mutation.
History
Originated out of a pet shop acquired import female. First male produced carrying the “granite” type look was following up bred to a Mojave & that is when things started really show. The Shredder gene is very reactive in the BEL complex.
Appearance
Head
The head of a Shredder Ball Python usually is light tan in color with a keyhole headstamp around the rear of the crown.
Body
The body of a Shredder Ball Python can be extremely variable. However, its usual characteristics are a pixelated or grainy appearance to the alien heads and large, misshapen “eyes”.
Tail
The tail of the Shredder Ball Python follows the same patterning as the rest of the body.
