Abyssinian is a polygenic trait.

Abyssinian came from Ron Tremper and were the by product of the RAPTOR and Eclipse morphs in 2005.

The Abyssinian morph has red veins in its eyes.

In some cases Abyssinian ps can have Snake Eyes, where the red lines are the only way to tell a Abyssinian from an Eclipse.

The Abyssinian can show every color on its body except for black.

Spotting is made up of highly concentrated brown pigmentation, rather than black.

Older Abyssinians have a spotted tail and often a pale look (like they are about to shed).

No known proven lines

Eclipse has been proven to be at least compatible with Abyssinian through many breeding projects.

It is debated whether they are individual mutations or just variations of the same one.
