About
Hey there! We are Katie & Pedro (Respawn Exotics), a couple whom share a passion for Video Games and Crested Geckos. We “try hard” in genetics to produce knockout geckos! But it doesn’t stop there with genetics, we optimize each individual gecko and their unique personalities. We are hoping to share our passions with other hobbyist, breeders, and gamers alike.
Store Policy
We accept payment through Square, PayPal, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay, and Cash.
Sales occur through private message (PM) or email for your protection.
Deposits:
We require a 25% nonrefundable deposit in order to hold a reptile for you. A reptile will not be on hold until we receive the deposit for the reptile you wish to place on hold. Deposits are non-refundable.
Payment Plans:
Reptiles listed at $150 or less are not eligible for payment plans. Reptiles listed above $150 require a 25% non-refundable deposit in order to be held.
Once there is a payment plan agreement, and the required 25% deposit paid, the complete purchase price must be paid in full within 30 days of deposit, UNLESS we have made other arrangements prior to your purchase.
If you fail to honor a payment agreement, we will relist the reptile(s) for sale. Any payments made, minus the deposit, will become in store credit. No cash refunds.
If you fail to make any payments, or fail to contact me for 30 days, we will consider the sale abandoned and will relist the reptile(s) for sale. Any payments made, minus the deposit will be turned into in store credit. No cash refunds.
If for some reason you cannot make payments, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not unreasonable and will do our best to work with you.
Shipping:
Shipping is available within the continental United States.
All shipping is conducted through FedEx with RedlineShipping.com priority overnight service.
We ship Monday through Wednesday, with arrival Tuesday through Thursday. Arrival time is usually by 9:00am, but can be as late as 4:30 pm depending on your location.
We follow all of the guidelines for shipping set by RedlineShipping. We will NOT ship when temperatures and/or weather conditions are unsafe. Temperatures must be between 40°F and 95°F for hub delivery only. This includes daytime highs and nighttime lows between both destinations. We no longer ship residential as the reptiles are held in a non temperature controlled vehicle for extended periods.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to delay shipping due to weather, and will hold reptile(s) at no extra cost until weather permits.
Tail Loss: Gecko tail loss can occur at any time, especially during times of stress. Tail loss rarely occurs during shipping, but it can and does happen on occasion. We are not responsible for tail loss and we do not offer any refunds in the event of tail loss.
Color:
We do our best to take high quality photographs of the reptile(s) we offer for sale in order to represent them in the most accurate way possible. We do our best to get pictures in natural light without the use of a flash. We do our best to make sure that the photographs represent the reptile(s) actual appearance as closely as we can possibly manage. Please be aware that all monitors represent color differently. Therefore, some color discrepancies may occur. It is also important to keep in mind that a geckos color can change if they are “fired up or down”, and change color and pattern as they grow and age. We offer no refunds or replacements due to color change.
Sex:
We do not guarantee sex unless we clearly state that a gecko is male or female. Probable, possible, pores seen, or unseen, are not a 100% guarantee of sex. These are observations we offer to help you with your purchase as best we can.
Animals sold as proven, have produced live offspring. Females sold as virgin have never been introduced to a male.
Return Policy:
All of the reptile(s) we ship are healthy and eating well to the best of our knowledge. We guarantee live arrival if the criteria for safe shipping is met.
In the sad and unlikely event that a reptile is dead on arrival (DOA) you must contact us via PM or email within an hour of arrival. You must provide photographic evidence. Do not dispose of without our approval in case we request the deceased reptile is returned to us. If a reptile is DOA, and all conditions are met, we will replace it with a reptile of equal value or issue a credit refund. No cash refunds. We are not responsible for any shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any carrier delays or mishandling.
You must provide a proper address. Someone must be available to receive delivery. You must contact us via PM or email within one hour of arrival and inspection of your new reptile(s).
If these conditions are not met, all guarantees are null and void.

Wholesale Policy
Wholesale Discounts are available on purchases of Two(2) or more Crested Geckos. Special Wholesale Discounts are available for Five(5) or more Crested Geckos.
NO Crested Gecko is exempt from Wholesale, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All Wholesale bundles must be paid in full; NO payment plans are available for Wholesale.
