Previously known as Renegade Reptiles, I am a hobbyist who has a deep abiding love for animals that spans a lifetime. My geckos live in excellent conditions in semi Bioactive enclosures, and my boas in full sized naturalistic enclosures with lots enrichment opportunity.

Below are the terms and conditions governing all transactions.
I will consider payment plans on sales over $500.00 . Payment plans require a 25% non-refundable deposit and payment in full within 30-60 days. Conditions of payment can be discussed during the initial order. During this time, I will continue to feed and care for the animal as I do all of my others. If full payment is not received within 60 days, I reserve the right to put the animal back up for sale. If it sells prior to receiving your final payment, you will receive a full credit for funds above the initial 25% non-refundable deposit paid to put toward a future purchase with me. You are responsible for keeping up your end of the payment agreement. I will not be responsible for contacting you with reminders.
I am not responsible in any way, for the actions of the animal(s) you order through me. If you or anyone else gets bit, stung, scratched, physically debilitated, or anything else as it relates to the animal, it is solely your responsibility and you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any liability therein. Always exercise caution with animals. I am not culpable for what the animals do once they are shipped. Order at your own risk.
Please note: You expressly acknowledge that you are solely responsible for properly researching and following the appropriate federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from me. Specifically, you agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any responsibility or liability in relation to fulfilling your responsibility to both research and adhere to the appropriate federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from me. Please consult your federal, state, and local laws which apply to your ownership of any animal(s) that you may purchase from me prior to such purchase.
You must be at least 18 years of age to order from me. I do not assume any responsibility for any misrepresentations regarding the age of any customer. Should I determine that you provided any false information to me we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
The preferred sex/gender of each reptile, amphibian, and invertebrate (if selected) is not guaranteed, most notably with hatchling and juvenile animals. I make my best efforts, but I am not always 100% accurate. Snakes are generally very easy to determine sex/gender, but I still group them in with the overall disclaimer.
Live Arrival Guarantee Policy:
Every shipment I send comes with a Live Arrival Guarantee. This means that if your order arrives with issues pertained to animal health, I will replace the order with store credit in the amount of the loss, not including the price of shipping.
For the safety of the animal(s), I recommend that all shipments be sent to a hub and held for pickup and NOT shipped directly to your door. It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am.
It is the buyers responsibility to be present to receive the package(s) or designate somebody to be present to receive the package(s) once a shipping date has been agreed upon.
This Live Arrival Guarantee becomes VOID if:
1.) You request that your order be shipped out on a day NOT recommended by Fedex as safe for live animal shipments and/or when temperatures fall outside of the safe range. (Anywhere along the route where temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F is outside of the safe range)
2.) You request shipping parameters that go against my recommendations.
3.) Shipment is lost or delayed by courier.
4.) The shipment is forwarded to another address. Forwarding of packages results in an extra day or more in transit.
5.) The package(s) is not picked up within 1 hour of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.
6.) Shipments to your door not signed for and received on the first delivery attempt.
7.) There is an issue with your shipment and you do not make a claim within one hour of shipment arrival. In the event of any issue, we REQUIRE a clear digital picture of the animal in question before a replacement/store credit can be issued. This picture can be sent to [email protected]
In purchasing an animal from me you agree to all of these terms and conditions.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
