Bonneyardbeardies is a family owned and operated business where we strive to provide top quality dragons at prices families can afford. We have been reptile owners & breeders for a little under 10 years. Care from Bonneyard Beardies doesn’t stop after you’ve purchased an animal, we love to stay in communication with new owners of our babies! We are parents to 4 human children & scaley parents to tons more reptiles!
We care about our animals just like we do our children, we hope you trust in us to provide your family with your newest addition.

Facility POLICIES
All policies in place are subject to change, any policy changes will be posted for all to view at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse sales, service, etc. to any individual or entity, for any reason.
All animals are described to the best of our abilities on all sales post, including any defect (such as a toe-nips, tail-nips, etc.) as well as genetics. Pictures are taken without filters, although colors of the animal can vary by lighting, cellular devices and cameras being used to take the pictures. We strive to represent our animals as true to life to the best of our abilities. We do not guarantee sex of any animal of any species under 6 months of age; however, we are typically extremely accurate sexing at a young age.
We reserve the right to refuse disclosure of photographs of the parents of any animal we sell. This is proprietary information and falls under Trade Secret protections. We will always provide genetic information on parentage of any animal sold directly from Bonneyard Beardies. Any animal purchased from another facility is not the responsibility of Bonneyard Beardies and we will not handle any issues with animals from other facilities.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
The live arrival guarantee will ONLY apply if you have the animal shipped for hold to your local FEDEX hub, Bonneyard Beardies will not guarantee live arrival if you choose to have the animal shipped directly to your home, even if you sign for the animal and are present to receive the animal at the time of delivery, Bonneyard Beardies will not guarantee live arrival unless you choose to have the animal shipped to your local FEDEX hub with overnight priority shipping.
When shipping, the temperatures should not exceed 90 degrees or fall below 40 at the connecting hub or the arrival destination for Pogona species.
We absolutely will not ship in inclement weather.
Should there be an issue with delivery, you must provide a photo of damaged box and dead animal/animals inside the original shipping container. DOA animals must not be removed from the original containers, this means do not open the container the animal is in, if you do the guarantee will be null and void. Photos must be sent within 30 minutes of HUB pick-up. If you do not pick-up the package by 5pm same business day from your local FEDEX HUB, this voids our live arrival guarantee. Bonneyard Beardies is only responsible for replacing/refunding the original purchase price of the animal. Shipping cost is usually included on all animals. Actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount if the refund option is chosen. Replacement animals will be sent out at no additional cost. If a package arrives after scheduled arrival time due to an error on FEDEX's part causing the animal to arrive deceased, we will seek a refund for shipping cost and return it to the buyer if it is awarded. Bonneyard Beardies is not responsible for stolen/missing packages.
Acts of nature do not count as error on FEDEX’s part.
HEALTH GUARANTEE:
Bonneyard Beardies will provide a 7-day health guarantee on any animal sold directly from Bonneyard Beardies, as long as proper husbandry is being followed (before purchase is complete photos of setup must be sent in order to fulfill the 7-day health guarantee, if photos are not sent via email to [email protected], then your health guarantee is NULL and VOID ). Since this is a live animal, once the animals leave our facility we cannot control how the new owners care for them. We require the new owner to communicate with us if the animal is not settling in well. If you do not communicate with us that you are having an issue and you contact us after the 7 days, we cannot be responsible for the animal’s health. If your animal is acting off, please do not hesitate to contact us through this page for assistance BEFORE you take any action. DO NOT seek the advice of another person or search engine before contacting us. Not adhering to this will void your health guarantee.
Bonneyard Beardies will not accept any request for an exchange at any time, if you wish to no longer have the animal, you are welcome to reach out to us and we will accept the animal back to us at your expense, but a refund will not be given.
Bonneyard Beardies will offer payment plans at a person-to-person basis, down payment is expected at time of hold being placed, deposit will be of equal value of 50% of the animal. A hold will not be placed, until the deposit has been made and a full payment plan accepted with one of our employees. Payment plans must be emailed to our email at [email protected], discussion will continue in email and once confirmation has been made, deposit must be made within 24 hours. Full payment plan must be paid in full within 30 days from date of deposit.
BONNEYARD BEARDIES WILL NOT HOLD ANIMALS WITHOUT DEPOSIT.
