This began as a hobby for this father and son tandem and keeps growing every year. We currently have forty-three Ball Pythons and the list grows every year. We strive to produce beautiful and healthy animals and help others explore this exciting hobby.
Store Policy
By Purchasing from Pow Reptiles you agree to the following:
Pow Reptiles maybe referred to as Pow Reptiles and/or the seller from here on.
As of 6/28/2024 the following apply to all purchases
1: CLAIM PERIOD
• A Claim Period is as follows, A length of time set forth by the seller in which the buyer may contact the seller with any issues, damage, delays, refunds request, dead arrival, etc.
• The Claim Period unless otherwise stated via text message, email or morph market message is 4 Hours from the time Fed-Ex delivers package containing the animal(s).
• Any claim submitted after the claim period is not a valid claim.
2: SHIPPING
• Shipping is purchased through Ship Your Reptiles. All shipping is done based on the recommendations of this company.
• All animals are shipped within 5 to 7 business days, normally on Tuesdays.
• If the shipping company recommends delaying shipping due to any reason, The seller will reach out to the buyer with an update and to see if the buyer still wants to proceed.
• Ship Your Reptiles recommends hub to hub shipping. Pow reptiles will ship to your home or business, the buyer understands that by doing so the seller reserves the right to void any and all Guarantees and that the sale is final
• Any animal valued over $499 will be required to be shipped to a hub so insurance can be purchased on the shipment. You may choose to ship to your home or place of business but understand that Pow Reptiles will void guarantees and the sale is final.
• Unless otherwise stated in the posting, shipping will not be included in the price of the animals listed on our page and is quoted to the seller before any money transfer.
3: LIVE ARRIVAL
• Should an animal not arrive alive or in good heath the buyer is unless otherwise stated here or over messages, allowed to request a full refund and shall receive it unless the notification of death or damage to animal was not within the claim period.
• The seller must be notified within the claim period by email, text and/or phone that the shipped animal(s) arrived deceased or damaged. If the seller is not notified within the claim period, the seller holds the right to dismiss the claim.
• The Deceased/damaged animal is required to be returned to the seller and or proof of the damage or death is required.
4. REFUNDS
• Buyers can request a full refund on a purchase within 4 hours of arrival. The funds will not be transferred back to the buyer till the seller has received the animal.
• Buyers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping plus insurance on the animal should they request a refund. The only exception for this is the Animal(s) arriving dead.
• Insurance on return packages are required.
• Proof of insurance on return shipping will be required to be emailed to the seller before the animal is shipped. Any animal shipped back to the seller without insurance will not be accepted and a refund will not be given.
• Proof of insurance and the requirement of it is waived for wrong sex animals and/or deceased animals as the return shipping is handled by the seller.
• Any animal shipped back to Pow Reptiles must be dropped off at a hub and shipped next day air. Fed-ex pick up or dropping off at a satellite store is not acceptable and voids any refunds and guarantees making the sale final.
5. ANIMAL HOLDS
• A hold on an animal is available. The hold will require a 50% deposit to go into effect.
• Of the 50% deposit, 25% is non-Refundable.
• Holding fees must be released to the buyer immediately. Any funds transferred with a hold on payment will not be considered valid and the animal will not be placed on hold.
• Holds will include care and feeding for 30 days
• Holds lasting longer than 30 days will be charged a $30 per month fee for feeding and care.
• Holds may be cancelled within 24 hours with a full refund. After 24 hours the refund will be less the 25%.
• After 30 days the cost of feeding and care will be considered, and the remainder refunded minus the 25% non-refundable part.
• If the buyer goes more than 5 days without contacting the seller after the seller has reached out to the buyer for any reason. The sale or hold will be consider forfeited and the money will become non-refundable. The animal will be re-listed for sale.
• Holds may not last longer than 90 days.
• Payment must be received every 30 days. Example 50% down, 25% at 60 days and 25% at 90 days. Feeding and care will be added at the end and a final invoice will be sent and must be paid before the animal is shipped.
• Holds that go over the 90 day limit, the seller will make an attempt on the 91st day to reach the buyer, if the buyer has not contacted and paid the remaining balance by the 92nd day the hold is forfeited and the money paid becomes non-returnable.
6: OVERSEAS SHIPPING
• The seller will sell to individuals and/or business overseas.
• The overseas Buyer is responsible for picking an exporter and giving the seller the contact info. The seller will not locate an exporter for the buyer.
• Our Guarantees stop at the exporter, once the animal leaves the states the sale is final and becomes non-refundable/returnable.
• It is the responsibility of the buyer’s exporter to verify the order for live arrival and sex. And to make the claims with in the claim period.
7: SEX
• Sex of the animal is guaranteed to be as listed.
• Mistakes happened and if you received the wrong animal, the seller will ship you a new one of similar make or value or refund the sale if you request it within the claim period.
• Funds will be returned to the buyer once the animal has returned to the seller. See refunds for further info.
• PROBING IS NOT ACCEPTED BY POW REPTILES; PROBING CAN HARM THE ANIMALS AND IF FOUND TO BE PROBING OUR ANIMALS. YOU WILL BE BAN FROM FURTURE PURCHASES AND THE SALE BECOMES FINAL WITH NO REFUND PERIOD. PROBING WILL VOID ALL GUARANTEES.
8. PAYMENTS
• Pay pal, cash app, checks via mail, Credit cards, Zell are accepted.
• No animal(s) will be shipped till the funds have been received and cleared. Any payment received with a hold is not a valid payment and the animal will not be released.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
Wholesale Policy
Wholesale is determined in person after meeting buyer.
