Payments - We accept Paypal, Zelle, CashApp and Cash. Payment must be made in full prior to any animal shipping.
Sex and health is guaranteed. See terms and conditions below. Besides DOA, any problems with your animal must be reported within 4 hours of arrival. The health guarantee is valid for the initial 24 hours because we cannot control your environment or husbandry but we are always willing to help if you have any questions regarding proper enclosure setup and care. DOA must be reported within 1 hour of arriving based on Fed Ex time stamp and photo evidence provided.
We will ONLY ship to a FedEx Hub, we will not ship direct to home. Shipping to a hub is MUCH safer than direct to home, and is in the best interest of the animals health. We can be flexible with waiting to ship the animal until you are able to pick up from your nearest Fedex Hub. Shipping is done as $60 flat rate for animals under $1000 via ShipYourReptiles - Fedex Overnight to anywhere in the continental US. We ship out Tue or Wed only to allow for the safest transit of the animals in the event of delays in transit. In the event of DOA either a replacement animal (if available) or store credit will be issued. Once inspected and accepted the well-being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
