Store Policy

***Buying a Reptile from us***
You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a gecko from us. Underage will require a parent/guardian to complete the purchase.
Payment plan:
We only accept money through preferred payment options ONLY!
Payment plans are only allowed for geckos at $200 or above
All geckos require a 20% non refundable down payment to be held. Nothing will be held without a payment.
Payment plans must be paid in full within 30 days
If payment is not completed by the 30 days, the gecko will be put back on the market and you will not get a return on money paid at that point. Instead, you will be granted in store credit of the amount you've sent at that point (excludes down payment). This credit will only be allowed on approved geckos.
It is not our responsibility to remind you of your deadline. We will also not hound you about it. If not paid in full by the deadline, we will send a message and if payment isn’t given, then gecko will be back on the market.

Shipping the reptile:
All geckos will be shipped through Reptiles2you and Fedex. No exceptions

Shipping to HUB ONLY
Shipping times will be determined on weather from our location to yours for guaranteed safety of the reptile. Shipping weather includes temperatures from our location and your location, day and night. Safe temperatures we ship in are 45-85 degrees. A heat or cold pack will be added to the box during the lower and higher degrees.
Shipping price will be determined when buying the reptile based off of your zip code. It averages between $50-100 but those numbers aren’t guarenteed.
Our shipping days are:
Ship Monday for Tuesday arrival
Ship Tuesday for Wednesday arrival
Ship Wednesday for Thursday arrival

If the animal is picked up within an HOUR of delivery to hub for holding. Any other forms of shipment that the buyer has requested. The live arrival guarantee will NOT BE GRANTED. We are not responsible for a reptile dropping his/her tail during or after shipment.
