We have been raising and breeding ball pythons for four years now and we absolutely love it! Our vision is to be creative and and breed healthy, beautiful ball pythons with a few projects in the works like Desert Ghost, Pied, banana, and clown leopard combos. Nothing spectacular...YET! We are looking into working with X-treme gene, Axanthic (VPI), Albino and Lavender Albino. More to come and thanks for looking. Questions and comments will be received at [email protected]. TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENT - We accept PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Any payment towards an order is an implied agreement to all the terms set forth herein and constitutes a good faith agreement of consent towards purchase. Please read all the terms and be in full acceptance prior to making payment.
SHIPPING - Shipping arrangements are scheduled once full payment is received and domestic shipments are generally via FedEx Overnight Express. All specifics pertaining to arrival will be discussed prior to shipment. Immediately after shipment booking, the customer will be contacted with a tracking number. Due to occasional unforeseen delays, it is important to verify the arrival time of your shipment once it is in route. For residential or commercial deliveries, we require a signature upon arrival of the shipment. Someone must be at the given address to sign for and accept the package on the first delivery attempt. Failure to do so nullifies any and all guarantees. For this and other safety related reasons, we recommend pick-up holds at a local FedEx Ship Center whenever possible. Upon receipt of the shipment, you must immediately open the shipment to insure against theft or accidental death. If a problem arises, please notify us immediately.
ANIMAL GUARANTEE - Live arrival is guaranteed when temperatures are between 40°F-85°F at the destination location at the time of delivery. All animals will be healthy (to the best of our knowledge), feeding, and correctly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. If accurate sexing is not possible, all customers will be notified prior to payment. All animals are 100% guaranteed to the customers liking. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money. In the event of a refund request, it is the customer’s responsibility to safely ship the animal(s) back to us via FedEx Priority Overnight. Once the returned animal(s) arrives, a refund will be processed.
GENETICS GUARANTEE - We identify all snakes to the best of our ability, but some multi-gene combos can be extremely difficult, or even impossible, to ID with 100% confidence. Please carefully inspect and/or research every purchase and agree as to the genetics stated. If there is an issue regarding a snakes’ ID, we will work with you to remedy the situation. We do not offer refunds in these cases but will consider crediting in a reasonable manner.
