All Geckos in this folder are available unless otherwise marked. Discounts may be possible when purchasing multiple animals. Prices do NOT include shipping (unless specifically stated). With a zipcode we can give shipping quotes. We accept payment by Pay Pal unless other arrangements have been made. Animals will be shipped when weather is between 38-80 degrees (both highs and lows of shipping days) in both places. We will only ship hatchlings when they are well started (Usually 3-4g). Will ship only Monday-Wed. Monday for Tuesday delivery, Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, and Wednesday for a Thursday delivery. Dragon Tree Geckos is not responsible for shipping delays. When possible/needed the temps in transit will be considered and heat/cold packs will be utilized. Overnight shipping through Fed-Ex via Reptiles2You (or Ship Your Reptiles) is available for delivery to your door or hub. Live arrival is guaranteed and we offer a 24 hour health guarantee with care discussed prior to shipping. We must be notified within 1 hour of arrival with any problems on arrival. Should an animal be delivered DOA (dead on arrival) Dragon Tree Geckos must be contacted within 1 hour of the animal’s delivery time stamp on shipping website. If the customer is not present to receive an animal at time of delivery, Dragon Tree Geckos is not responsible for the health or condition of the animal. In the event something happens to your gecko within 24 hours. No fewer than 5 clear photos and a 1 minute video of the animal and animal’s full habitat must be provided by the customer via Facebook messenger or email. The customer must establish that environmental and care conditions such as temperature, humidity, habitat decorations, diet, and human handling where not the cause of animal injury or death. A refund minus shipping & holding deposit will be refunded within 72 hours. Please allow us to correct the issue and process a refund before filing any claims with PayPal. 30 Day Payment Plans may be considered on purchases over $200. PM with requests. A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the purchase price of the animal will be required to hold an animal. The same 25% will be retained by seller if buyer backs out of any purchase after it is paid in full. In the case of a voided sale: No refund of deposit will be given. 100% of funds minus holding deposit and paypal fees will be refunded within 72 hours. Failure to complete a payment plan with Dragon Tree Geckos may result in the customer being in-eligible for such plans in the future. It is customer’s responsibility to contact Dragon Tree Geckos when payment is due. If 30 days has elapsed and customer has not paid the remaining balance, there has been no communication, and no response then the sale may be void and the gecko put up for sale again. Switching Geckos: We do not normally allow you to switch geckos if you have a change of heart, however the terms to switch geckos is as follows: If you have Paid in full and are awaiting shipping, If you are past the 1 month (30 days) mark we will not allow you to switch a gecko. Gecko on payment plan: If you have just put a gecko on hold and the other gecko is equal value then I may allow a switch, however if the other gecko is more than original, you will need to fulfill the 25% deposit required to HOLD the new gecko. Example: You only paid $75 on a$300 gecko, the other gecko you want is $500, you now owe me an extra $50 to put the new gecko on hold. Animals will be sold on a first come first served basis. This means if we have multiple people asking about one gecko we will try to go in order as asked. However the first person to put down a deposit (or paid in full) will get the gecko. We reserve the right to refuse sales to anyone at anytime without disclosing a reason. You MUST be 18 years or older in order to purchase a gecko, no exceptions, your parent or guardian must contact me to make the purchase. Sex: Dragon Tree Geckos do not guarantee the sex of geckos under 15 grams, due to the fact that sometimes pores will pop up later than 10 grams. If the gecko is marked as unsexed feel free to ask us to pore sex it but we cannot guarantee it. Color: Dragon Tree Geckos cannot guarantee color. Crested geckos go through many changes from hatchling to adult and while we can give you our best guess based upon parents and/or grandparents, our guess may not always be right. Crested geckos come in so many crazy colors and patterns they can be expected to change as they grow. These terms are subject to change. Putting down a deposit means that you have read and agreed to the terms of sale above. Do not hesitate to ask us questions! We want to provide support before, during and after you receive your animal.
