All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. If there is any problems or you're not 100% satisfied with the purchase, please contact us immediately, as we have a 24 hour window to rectify the situation.
Not all animals can be replaced. In such case the sale will be final and you will be made aware of this before your purchase. This means on such a animal there will be no replacement or refund.
Payments: We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal F&F, money orders, cashier checks and bank transfers . All forms of payment must clear before shipping.
Shipping: Animals will be shipped with FedEx for next day delivery. We will only ship orders when temperatures are above 45 degrees and below 90 degrees. If temperatures are above or below those parameters we can consider shipping to your nearest FedEx hub for pickup. Live arrival guaranteed.
We have different payment plans available. Contact us for more information. All payment plans require a non-refundable 25% deposit. Animals will be shipped after complete payment has been received.
