Feeling Froggy LLC is a family-run froggery specializing in tropical and neotropical frogs and toads. We raise our frogs and toads in naturalistic enclosures located in our very own tropical basement. Our goal is to supply the highest quality of frogs possible whilst maintaining the best customer service imaginable, and to do all this while Feeling Froggy!

Assuming there are no issues with the weather, we ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Animals must be paid for in full prior to shipment, orders received by Monday 12 pm EST will be shipped that week. Shipment will not be made until both parties have confirmed availability to receive, etc. Shipping is done when conditions are safe for the animals. All orders will ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, overnight shipping is utilized in order to ensure healthy arrival.
We will not ship to a P.O. Box. We do not ship animals when the temperature is under 40 or over 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you are not 100% sure you will be at home at the time of delivery (Typically prior to 12 pm on the delivery date), it is STRONGLY ADVISED that you elect to have the animal shipped to a FedEx hub.
Live arrival and satisfaction are guaranteed, regardless of shipper errors and delays, unless due to buyer error or failure to pick up within four hours of arrival at the FedEx hub, or not being available to receive. All shipments must be opened and inspected immediately upon arrival at your home or pickup from a FedEx hub. In the unlikely event that an animal does not arrive alive, YOU MUST contact us via email within 2 hours of pickup from the FedEx hub or delivery, failure to do so may void our guarantee of live arrival.
PAYMENT:
We ONLY accept payment via PayPal. Following an inquiry to buy a PayPal invoice will be sent to the buyer.
We will ONLY ship to the address listed on your verified PayPal account OR a local FedEx ship center. This is the only way that we can verify that the card is not being used fraudulently. If the billing address does not match, the charge will be voided and we will not ship. If you choose to have the shipment held at a FedEx hub, you will need a valid ID to pick up the animal and the name must match the name on the credit card. We will not ship to any name or address other than what is linked to the credit card.
