Welcome to Cuddle Time Critters. The Cuddle Time critters Melinda.I handle most of the snake related end of the business while I takes care of all of the rodent stuff we hooded rats and African soft furs rats.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our snakes and our rodent colony, and only sell top-notch animals. Customer service is our primary concern, and we love to just talk snakes. So, feel free to call us if you have any questions or are interested in an animal, and we will do our best to give you a pleasant experience. Look around, enjoy yourself and try not to become addicted to the beauty of the Ball Python.
Store Policy
Health Policy:
We guarantee that all animals are healthy and actively feeding at the time we ship them. We cannot guarantee the long term health of any animals since we cannot control the proper care of the animal. Proper care and husbandry is important, all reptiles need to see veterinary care when sick or have suspected illness to ensure their long term survival.
Forms of Payment:
**PayPal payments and deposits can be sent to cuddletimecritters@gmail.com please include the ID of the animal in payment note.
**All animals held or on payment plan require a 25% deposit (non-refundable unless something happens to the animal), full payment due in 60 days on all animals held for payment plans unless there is inclement weather preventing a safe shipment and delivery.
DOA Policy:
Someone must be home at the delivery address to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
We are not responsible for carrier delays. Insurance is option in that event and can be purchased additionally if you would like to be covered for a DOA in the event of a carrier delay, please let us know.
If we are shipping to a hub you must pick up your package within 1 hour of package availability or the live arrival guarantee is null and void.
In the sad event of a DOA, you must contact us within an hour of delivery and be available for a video call within 30 minutes and have the deceased animal present.
Shipping:
**FedEx Shipping is overnight service in temperatures above 40 degrees and below 92.
**Insurance is available for $2.50 per $100 of coverage through Ship Your Reptiles.
**Once you receive your reptile you must get in touch with me within 30 minutes of delivery if there are any problems or dead arrival
**Local pick-up is the preferred option if possible
**Shipments are typically sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We will confirm the shipping date with you prior to sending and you must be available to sign for your package upon receipt.
Returns
We do not accept returns. All sales are final
If you give me your zip code, I can give you a shipping quote... You are responsible for knowing the laws about owning these animals in your city or state.
