Long time leopard gecko enthusiast, beginner small batch breeder. This is my second year creating beautiful, healthy animals. I take pride in keeping my animals happy and healthy. I spend lots of time with the animals and treat them all as my own until the moment they reach the buyers hands.
Store Policy
*STORE POLICY*
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase live animals.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made via PayPal(friends and family), Venmo. Payment plans are available for animals over $300. I offer a 30 day payment plan which require a non refundable 20% deposit, payments can be made at your convenience within the 30 days. If after 30 days the payment plan is not completed we will give you a 48 hour grace period to render payment in full. If you fail to pay for your animal in full within the timeframe above, I will retain ownership of said animal without refund.
•Issues with an animal (incorrect sex, illness, etc.) must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery! We do not guarantee any type of credit after 48 hours.
•Refunds will only be issued in the amount of the animal, not the shipping fee.
•We WILL NOT ship an animal in unsafe weather conditions. Weather must be above 40 degrees and Under 90 degrees. If the weather is too hot or too cold, the animal shipment will be postponed until conditions are ideal.
All animals shipped to your HUB, must be picked up THE SAME DAY as delivery!
•We ship through redline shipping, Reptiles Express, or reptiles2you with FedEx. We ONLY offer priority overnight shipping for live animals.
Dead On Arrival (DOAs & Returns):
If your Leopard Gecko is DOA, you must notify us within an hour upon receiving your Leopard Gecko. The time will be determined by the receipt time FedEx provides online of the delivery. An e-mail or text message with a photo of the exact Leopard Gecko must be receive within the notify time frame or all guarantees are nullified. Their tail will sometimes drop during shipment but very rare, tail drop does not qualify for a refund.
We do not accept returns on live animal purchases unless the Leopard Gecko was DOA
SHIPPING:
We ship Tuesdays and only for pickup at your nearest Fed Ex Hub. This is the only way to guarantee the animal is safely delivered to you.
