We currently use paypal, zelle, and cashapp. I take payment plans with nonrefundable deposit of 25%, usually I ask that you pay off the animal in 30-60 days but as long as you can agree to something and keep up with communication I am pretty lax. All purchases are final and I do not do refunds for buyers remorse, however in the case you want to switch to a different gecko be sure to let me know as soon as possible. If at any point after sending any money and you change your mind, I can only offer store credit. DOA is within 60 minutes of receiving your animal, you will be refunded only the animals fund. Video is required.
I do not do trades or offers unless stated so, so please do not ask. Shipping is a non-negotiable separate cost in addition to the animal, and is determined based on your address in which I will gladly give you a quote. I will only ship when weather permits (varies between species) and CANNOT guarantee live arrival if you ship to home. This is simply due to the fact that animals are in transit longer and exposed various weather for an unnecessary extention of time. Holding at a hub is preferable. In the case that weather does permit a hold I will send you updates and pictures of your pet. We currently use redlineshipping to transport our animals (US only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
TSM and TSF mean what they say, unless I guarantee sex I can only guarantee as much on younger specimens. If you purchase you are agreeing to this. My animals will make great future breeders, but they are first and foremost pets. My animals are entitled to clean livingspaces and an appropriate access to food water and shelter. I will only sell to people I believe will treat my animals right and have the ability to decline if I feel they will be in an unsafe situation. If you are getting an animal from me you are recognizing that this is a living creature with future potential expenses, including vet bills at your expense.
Regarding genetics I will clearly state that I personally vet all my lineages and keep records of my lines and genetics that I breed. I guarantee upmost honestly about genetics and while my animals are all from reputable breeders I am not financially responsible in the case of an unknown het popping up due to the mistake of a previous breeder. This is very rare and unlikely to be an issue but I like to be upfront with my customers as typically guaranteeing otherwise is not only a red flag but dishonest to an extent. I am constantly testing my lines and keeping communications with the projects I work with to be as transparent as possible.
You will receive healthy animals, however I cannot cover for anything that happens once the animal is out of my care. Whether that be due to husbandry issues, tail loss during shipping, an attack by a pet at home, ect. We cannot claim responsibility for shipping faults at Fedex's expense so recognize you are taking this risk if you choose to ship live animals.
