You agree to all of the terms below.

- All of my animals are 100% guaranteed to be healthy and well-established upon arrival. I do not, and will not, sell an animal that has health issues, feeding problems, etc. I make sure all animals are healthy, established, and eating well prior to selling. I am not responsible for inadequate or improper husbandry, over-handling, improper diet or any other issues that arise after the animal is in your care.

- Animals will be held during unsafe shipping weather. Typically, this is any time the temperatures are too far outside of the range of 60 F - 80 F. I will hold for as long as necessary until there is safe weather along the entire shopping route.

- All animals will be shipped with FedEx priority overnight and held for pick up at the nearest hub. I will not ship to your door. Local pickup and delivery is available and I can meet you within 3 hours of the 26101 zip code for a fee. All shipping and delivery fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

- All payments are to be processed through Square if purchasing online. Payments are to be made in full prior to animals being shipped or prior to pickup/delivery. Cash, Venmo, Cashapp, etc can be used when making in person purchases.

- All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable except for the case of a DOA. Should your animal be DOA, you must send photos of the box the animal arrived in, the interior of the package and the animal itself within one hour of pick up. This is non-negotiable.

- I reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone for any reason. I probably won't, but if you are needlessly rude, difficult, or I otherwise feel you are unfit to care for an animal, I will refuse the sale.

MorphMarket's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
