SALES
We will not sell to anyone under the age of 18 years old. By placing an order with us you’re acknowledging that you are of legal age.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know the laws in their area. This includes local, state, and federal laws that may prohibit the ownership, transport, or possession of exotic animals and/or reptiles.
We reserve the right to decline any order.
SHIPPING
The safety of the animals is our highest priority. All shipments are packaged using the recommendations from USARK. We ship FedEx Hub to FedEx Hub through ShipYourReptiles and Redline Shipping. Shipments will only go out when temperatures are safe for the animal. During extremes in temperature, your snake will be properly cared for until it can be safely shipped.
HEALTH
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, eating well, and properly sexed. We encourage you to double-check the sex of the animal upon arrival and to notify us within 24 hours of delivery if it appears to be incorrect or if any other issues are suspected. After 24 hours of the shipment's arrival, we assume no further liabilities.
In the unfortunate event of an animal arriving deceased, we must be notified within 2 hours of pickup. All animals must be picked up within 1 hour of the arrival/available for pickup scan at your FedEx Hub.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Paypal, or Venmo. All payments must clear before shipment will take place.
PAYMENT PLANS
Animals may be held with a 25% non-refundable deposit. Payment plans will be agreed upon individually with the customer; typically, payment plans are 14-60 days depending on the needs of the customer. Payment in full must be received within the agreed-upon timeframe. If payment, in full, is not received by the end of the agreed-upon timeframe, the hold will be released, money paid (minus the non-refundable deposit) will be returned, and the animal made available for sale.
