We are an all round pet store stocking reptiles, aquatics, inverts and mammals based on the South Coast of England.
Store Policy
All deposits are non refundable. An animal isn’t reserved and is still for sale up to the point where a deposit is paid. A 50% deposit will hold for two weeks. If no contact is made for over a week after a full payment is received the payment will be retained and the animal will be relisted for sale. We are happy to accept courier so long as buyer arranges, and updates are given regarding collection for the courier.
Proof of set up is required for purchase. All reptiles come with a 7 day guarantee. Local pick up preferred, courier at buyers and sellers discretion.
