Store Policy
By placing an order or deposit on any animals the store, you are agreeing to the following:
Shipping Arrangements
All animals are shipped to the nearest Fedex Ship Center unless otherwise discussed.
Shipping will can be scheduled Tue or Wed given that safe shipping conditions are met. We will not ship animals when temperatures are below 38 degF or above 90 degF at either arrival, departing, or transit locations. We will try our best to accommodate all shipping requests but understand that last-minute shipping requests cannot always be fulfilled. All packages are insulated and include free heat/cold packs as needed. If there are any issues, please contact within one hour of acceptance with a clear image of the issue described.
No shipping on or near holidays that have high package traffic or Fedex closures! No shipping when there is severe bad weather forecasted! We don't take any risk while shipping live animals. We will hold and take care of animals for free until a safe shipping day can be arranged.
Payment Plans/Animals on Hold
Animals over $200 can be placed on a 30-day hold in during which payment has to be fully submitted. A 20% nonrefundable deposit is charged at the time the animal is placed on hold.
Local Pickups
Payment has to be submitted in full before pickup.
Health Guarantee & DOAs
Animals are guaranteed to arrive healthy and as described. If there are any issues, you must communicate with us immediately and if necessary obtain verification from an exotic vet. Illnesses are covered by the health guarantee for up to 7 days, excluding sudden death. DOAs are covered and must be reported within one hour of delivery or pickup signature.
Gender Guarantee
All animals are guaranteed to arrive correctly sexed. Please double check and confirm the sex within fourteen days.
Morph Guarantee
We do not offer a guarantee on our incomplete dominant IDs unless specifically stated in conversation; we try our best to correctly ID our animals and err on the side of caution. If the presence or absence of a certain gene is especially important for your project, talk to us before purchasing the animal. All 100% het recessives are guaranteed. All morphs inside brackets are IDs that we are unsure of, they are possibly there but not guaranteed.
We will only accept genetic testing results done by buyers if they are completed with a parentage test at the same time. This option is only possible if closely related animals are available at our facility and it is expensive so it is much preferred if you communicate genetic needs prior to purchase. Genetic testing can be performed prior to purchase at buyer's cost.
