SHIPPING:
Shipping is $60 flat fee through Reptiles2you in the continental U.S. for priority overnight delivery, We ship Tuesday’s & Wednesdays priority overnight with weather permitting. We cannot GUARANTEE Live Arrival if you do not contact us immediately within 1 hour of your timed arrival. If an animal arrives DOA the animal will be replaced with one of equal value or lesser value or the balance can be applied toward the purchase of another animal.
PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal. PayPal payments can be sent to [email protected], We accept credit card payments .No animals are shipped prior to payment. Animals can be held for pick up for upcoming Shows happening within 30 days with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The animal must be picked up by 12:00 noon on the first open day of the show (this does not include a vendor set up day) or deposit is forfeit and animal goes back on the market unless other arrangements have been made.
HEALTH:
We guarantee sex, health, and genetics of all animals. Upon arrival, we ask that you check the animal over. If you notice anything is wrong please contact us immediately. If no contact has been made within 24 hours of arrival we assume you are content with the animal(s) and we no longer take responsibility for them.
