b. To ensure their safety during transit, we offer an "Arrive Alive Guarantee" for orders shipped when temperatures range between 40-75 degrees Fahrenheit (4-24 degrees Celsius).
c. In the event of a loss during shipping within the eligible temperature range, we will refund 100% of the animal's cost, excluding shipping fees.
Shipping and Delivery:
a. We employ reliable shipping methods and packaging techniques to safeguard the animals throughout the delivery process.
b. It is vital for customers to provide accurate and complete shipping information to ensure a successful delivery.
