SHIPPING
GERMANY:
Shipping costs start at 40€
AUSTRIA:
Shipping costs start at 50€
BELGIUM and NETHERLANDS:
Ask for it, we have to calculate the shipping costs with our animal transport company.
POLAND:
We have 2-3 appointments a year, to deliver to Poland. Shipping costs are 50€ and pic up in the postcode area 56-400. Free delivery for orders above 1000€.
WORLDWIDE:
You have to arrange shipping via DDI Amsterdam/NL
FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:
We offer the possibility to hand over your animal(s) in Hamm (Terraristika), which takes place every three months. This service is free of charge, only a deposit has to be paid.
RESERVATION:
Snakes could be reserved by a non refundable deposite, wich is 30% for snakes up to 300€ and 20% for snakes over 300€.
Reservations are possible up to 3 months. Should a reservation exceed 3 month for valid reasons, we will charge 12,50 € on top, for each week.
PAYMENT PLANS:
We offer installment payment plans of up to three months. After receiving the last installment, the animal will be sent, or handed over.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We prefer PayPal, but you can also use bank transfer.
