Ballhalla Pythons, LLC is a family run, Veteran owned business that was founded in January of 2022 though we have owned and cared for reptiles for over 20 years.
We pride ourselves on our care, quality of animals and customer service. We are more than happy to answer any questions you may have, regardless if you're a past, present or potential future customer; as we understand that proper care, knowledge and a strong sense of community are critical for this hobby to survive.
Store Policy
Shipping: We will only ship in temps of 35 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, and only ship within the Continental United States for the time being.
We prefer to ship directly to FedEx ship centers rather than to your doorstep whenever possible, as it's less stressful on the animals.
Live arrival guaranteed only if signed for within 6 hours of arrival at ship center, or first delivery attempt at home, if you miss the delivery you will need to pick up from the hub at end of day and the live arrival guarantee will be void.
Payment: We accept PayPal, and Venmo for the time being.
Payment plans can be made with 25% non refundable deposit for 30 days on animals $300 to $1000, 60 days on animals $1000 to $2000, 90 days on animals $2000 to $3000 and 120 days on animals over $3000. All payments are non refundable. We can hold any animal through winter during extreme weather, and the animal will be fed weekly.
We guarantee the sex for the life of the animal, check sex within 48 hours for a return, after that window we will do partial refund. (Sex mistake is highly unlikely).
We guarantee recessive genetics, as multi gene animals can be tricky, we will do our best to accurately represent all incomplete dominant traits in animals listed.
We guarantee health for 7 days, any concerns must be brought to our attention within this time, husbandry is up to you as the new pet owner so make sure you have what you need to care for your new pet before receiving, failure to properly house your animal with proper husbandry will result in a failure for your animal to thrive. There are plenty of videos on YouTube on how to properly care for a hatchling ball python but if you have any questions, please ask them before receiving your animal.
Testing: We guarantee our animals for diseases like Nido and IBD you will have 48 hours from receiving an animal to send in a test sample. In order to act on this guarantee you will need to have your test kit before receiving your animal, your results are guaranteed so long as the kit was sent in within 48 hours due to the possibility of exposure to these diseases from other animals in your environment. This is why we can only guarantee these results for 48 hours vs the 7 day health guarantee.
We want our customers to have a good experience so we'll answer questions and direct you to good video's and advice to get you started with your new hatchling if you are a beginner.
