Ball Python Fusion is the magical combination of our family's love for breeding beautiful Ball Python creations in Sacramento, Ca. We feature a diverse variety of genetic morphs and are constantly striving to push the limits of our projects, while also providing top notch customer service.
Store Policy
A positive customer experience is our top priority, please review all of our policies before making a purchase.
We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. We guarantee the animal purchased from us is pest-free, 100% genetics stated, sex, feeding and free of any defects/kinks. Every effort will be made to properly sex animals, but please be sure to confirm the sex upon receipt. All of our animals must eat a minimum 3 consecutive meals without hesitation before they are considered available. If for whatever reason you are not happy with the animal you receive, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Payments-
We accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards, CashApp, Zelle, PayPal and Venmo. If paying with check, funds must clear the bank before we will consider the animal ready for shipping.
Shipping-
We ship animals Monday-Wednesday via FedEx overnight delivery service. Shipping is only available to the United States ‘lower 48’ at this time. Customers pay actual shipping cost prior to shipment, typically $50-$100 depending on location and the weight of each animal. We can combine shipping if multiple animals are purchased.
Shipping to the nearest FedEx hub is highly recommended, and the only way to get a live arrival guarantee. This is the safest method of shipment since it avoids the delivery truck; where most delivery mishaps occur. Customers will be provided a tracking number and should pick up the animal promptly after it arrives at the customer center and becomes available for pick up. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am, so live arrival guarantee is void on any animal(s) not picked up within 2 hours of being available for pickup.
If an animal arrives DOA, we must be notified and pictures submitted of the animal, shipping box and receipt within 1 hour of pick up. A replacement animal or store credit will be given.
We will ship to a residence address at customer discretion (signature upon delivery will be required), but there will be no live arrival guarantee.
Shipping delays-
While we take all possible measures to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. However, our live arrival guarantee remains valid unless the delay exceeds 48 hours.
*Shipping will sometimes cause stress to the animal resulting in it not eating immediately. It’s best to wait one week after shipping to offer a meal.
Payment Plans
Ball Python Fusion does accept 30-day payment plans for animals over $250 with 25% minimum deposit. Once the deposit is received, the animal will be placed on hold. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If for any reason the customer cannot complete the payment plan as agreed to, payments in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded, or can be used as a deposit toward another animal we have available within a 14 day period. The non-refundable deposit is not transferable, and it is meant to absorb the costs associated with holding, feeding, animal care and removing the animal from market.
NOTE: Failure to pay by the agreed upon date will result in cancellation of the payment plan and loss of the non-refundable deposit.
Please do not enter into a payment plan unless you are certain you can pay as agreed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to learn how to properly care for the animal(s) they purchase, however we are always here to answer any questions you may have.
