Thanks for choosing Ball Pythons 101! Shipping is done thru Fedex overnight. I do not accept buyer provided shipping lables. To hold and reserve an animal a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Payment plans are sometimes available on a case by case basis.
AUCTIONS: As a bidder It is your responsibility to read a sellers store policy before you place a bid which means you also agree to it. Auctions must be paid in full within 24 hours unless otherwise stated in the ad description. Auctions are flat rate shipping. Auction winners must be available to receive the snake within the following week. I feed live prey only and will not attempt to switch the snake over to frozen for you if requested although most will switch over to frozen easily upon your attempt. Discounts do not apply to auction animals. Payment must be made in full and clear before we will ship the animal. Due to the increasing complexity of genetic combos we cannot guarantee incomplete dominant genes. Temperament cannot be guaranteed. Gender is guaranteed. I ship only to fedex HUBs. I will ship to your residence but live arrival guarantee is voided. No local meet ups. Shipping only at flat rate.
Payment in full on agreed price is required after any fees. “Friends and family” or non business purchase option is required.
Third-Party Genetic Testing and Liability Clause:
Customers may conduct genetic testing, including shed testing, at their own discretion and expense. The Company is not liable for the accuracy of the results or any claims arising from such tests. While we strive to ensure transparency and honesty in all our dealings, we cannot guarantee the same for third parties.
In snake breeding, heterozygous traits are generally guaranteed. However, due to the potential inaccuracies and misinformation of genetic shed tests, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of these tests.
Additionally, the Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events such as parthenogenesis, where the mother snake reproduces without fertilization.
All deposits and payments are nonrefundable. All sales are final.
