Central Florida Ball Pythons, LLC is a family owned and operated ball python breeding business. Always had a love of animals and we formerly raised and farmed live saltwater coral’s in the early 2000’s.
Store Policy
All snakes pictured in the advertisement will be a picture of the exact snake you are receiving unless otherwise stated.
We accept most major credit cards, paypal, cash app, and Ethereum. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
We make every effort to ID the genetics in our snakes accurately. If you are ever in doubt, please discuss that with us ahead of time. We often list "possibles" so there are no surprises. However, no one is perfect and we can't guarantee multi-gene combos are what they appear to be as genetics are simply too convoluted for anyone to be 100% accurate. We try to err in the favor of the buyer meaning if we aren't sure, we don't include the gene in the listing or we list it as possible. Hets are guaranteed as 100% unless stated differently.
We guarantee that all animals purchased from us are healthy, feeding and correctly sexed. It is buyers responsibility to confirm sex within 48 hours of delivery. If the Buyer believes the snake is sick or injured, we will require immediate notification with pictures and video (if requested by Seller).
All of our live animal orders are shipped via FedEx Next-Day Air. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 38-100ºF on both ends per Redline Shipping’s guidelines I ship to a FedEx hub to guarantee live arrival. Shipping to home is not a guaranteed live arrival as I am not responsible for the FedEx drivers lack of care, that's a risk the customer takes if they insist on home delivery, and somebody must be there to sign for it. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal. The time will be determined by the receipt time Fed Ex provides online of the delivery. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.
Payment Plans are available on purchases of $1000 or more, the minimum deposit is 25% and the order must be paid in full within 4 weeks. On purchases under $1000 we require a 50% deposit with balance due in 2 weeks. All deposits are non refundable.
Additional pictures will not be provided on animals under $1000 prior to purchase.
Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception for which animals we have received a deposit.
All sales are final, credit will be awarded in exchange of a refund.
