Store Policy
ALL SALES FINAL.
We prefer to ship to FedEx Hubs as it is safest for the geckos. If this is not possible then
someone MUST be home to receive the package to have it shipped to a home.
We are not responsible for shipper (FedEx) mistakes and we are not responsible for dropped tails during shipping. Live animals cannot be shipped to FedEx Ship and Print Centers or FedEx kiosk in Walmart, Walgreens, Hotels, etc. FEDEX SHIP CENTER ONLY ! We only ship Mondays through Wednesday for the safety of the animals so they do not sit at hubs over the weekend.
We do offer 30 day payment plans and are flexible to make easy for buyers. A deposit is required to hold an animal. All deposits and payments toward the animal/animals are non refundable. All animals are on a first pay/deposit first serve. If you pass your agreed upon payment completion date you forfeit your money and the gecko/geckos will be re-listed for sale. No if ands or buts!!!!
Once a deposit has been placed on an animal/animals it is non transferable to other animals and is only good for the purchase of the original animal is was used to hold.
All animals labeled TSM or TSF are not guaranteed to be that sex as we list them for the sex they were incubated for and therefore are not able to promise you they will be that particular gender.
Weather can delay shipping and will be shipped when it is safest for the animal.
