About
Started rescuing reptiles in 1999 and opened the Pacific Northwest's largest reptile only store in 2012.
Store Policy
We started out as a reptile rescue (www.beautifuldragons.com) in 1999. We opened our first reptile store in 2012 (13 years ago).
SHIPPING:
Live arrival and overnight delivery is currently not guaranteed at Fedex at this time. But if we mess up then we will fix our mistake and make it right. But if Fedex is at fault and they won't guarantee the package, you'll have to assume the risk. This is why we will only ship directly to the Fedex hub for pick up. It eliminates the risk of the animal being on a cold or very hot delivery truck, or sitting on someone's doorstep all day.
We don't ship in winter or extreme temps, and we will hold onto the reptile until it's safe to ship. We will make these arrangements with you when you purchase the reptile. Ideally we ship when low temps are above 45 degrees and highs are lower than 90 degrees.
We do not offer international shipping at this time and only shipping to the lower 48 (not shipping to Alaska or Hawaii at this time).
PAYMENTS:
We accept PayPal only, and Paypal invoices can be paid with any credit card. All reptiles must be paid for in full before we will ship. We do not take multiple payments, offers or trades.
By purchasing from us you agree that you are over 18 years of age or have parents and or guardians permission.

No refunds or returns will be given, no exceptions.
Local pickup is available in Albany, Oregon and we accept cash only for local pick ups. Reptiles are located at Reptopia (visit www.facebook.com/reillysreptopia.com for hours and location).
