We guarantee our animals to be in perfect health upon arrival. All sold animals will be of healthy body weight and showing no signs or symptoms of physical illness. Because Big Sky Reptiles has no way of monitoring how your new reptiles are cared for, our guarantee does not stand after you have received shipment. For example, if you keep a leopard gecko on a calcium based sand and it gets impacted, that is not something we have any control over. We cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry practices.
