My passion for reptiles and amphibians started when I was about five years old. From keeping and breeding dozens of species of reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates to owning a brick and mortar reptile shop in the UK, I decided to focus on the species that I most enjoyed as a hobbyist and breeder, the Western Hognose - producing and providing quality animals for years to come!
Store Policy
We offer live arrival guarantee that applies only to the state of the animal(s) once it arrives at the destination. Delivery to FedEx hub strongly preferred, but if delivering to a residential address, you must be at the delivery location to accept package. If no one is available at residential delivery location to receive the animal upon delivery, the guarantee is void. Must report any issues during transit within 2 hours of arrival. Otherwise, all sales are final.
Payment: We accept PayPal & Venmo.
Payment Plans: Minimum 25% deposit is required to hold animal. All deposits are non-refundable.
Once payment is received and processed, the sale is final. Refunds are only applicable under our guarantee above.
Shipping:
Shipping is $50-70 for FedEx priority overnight shipping paid for at time of purchase. Animals can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States where the species is legal to own. The buyer is responsible to check the regulations in their receiving state, county and city prior to purchasing the animal(s). We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure a true overnight delivery for the safety of the animal. We cannot be liable for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For local customers, pickup or delivery arrangements can be made, and paying with cash is preferred.
