I'm just getting started in my business of building custom bioactive setups. I breed leachies and cresties. I want to build a reptile rescue someday.
Store Policy
Cash, PayPal, and Venmo are accepted. Checks by mail will be accepted, however the animal will not ship until the check has cleared. The animal will not be shipped until payment is made in full.
Animals may be held for up to 3 months from the date of the first payment at no extra charge. After three months, an additional installment of $40 a month will be charged for all holds. No holds without at least 20% down initially.
All payments made towards the animal are non-refundable, including the down payment. Initial payment on the animal binds the purchaser to the deal, and either the full amount must be fulfilled or the buyer forfeits the animal and any payments made.
Shipments will only occur when SYR is offering live arrival insurance, which is covered by BioRhactive. Only FedEx hub pickup is allowed. (No door drop shipping, except for invertebrates.)
All packages must be picked up within an hour of the FedEx hub location opening. (Unless there are delays, in which the package must be picked up within an hour of notification of delivery). In the event of a DOA, photos/video must be sent immediately. A refund will only be issued under these circumstances. Otherwise, any payment made on an animal is non-refundable. After three days of recieving the animal, no refund will be given. No returns are accepted. If the animal dies within 3 days of receipt, contact must be made immediately and the habitat and environment of the animal will be evaluated to determine if a refund is appropriate.
