Store Policy
Store policy. Acceptable form of Payment: Square, PayPal goods & services , Venmo.
Payment plans may be arranged on a case by case basis. Typically we do not accept payment plans below $1000. We require a nonrefundable deposit to hold any animal. If the customer fails to meet the terms of the plan (including payment deadlines) then the contract is breached and the deposit considered forfeit. We reserve the right to decline offers for payment plans.
Shipping is via FedEx priority overnight as long as the temperatures parameters are between 45 and 85. Email us with a zip code for a an exact quote.
ALL ANIMALS ARE GUARANTEED HEALTHY/LIVE UPON ARRIVAL.
The Healthy/live arrival is only guaranteed when temperatures in route are between 45 and 85 degrees. If the temperatures are extremely hot or cold, Morphz Unlimited LLC will hold your order until acceptable weather is conducive for the shipment of animals. Please let us know of any adverse weather conditions in your area when placing your order (extreme heat or cold, snow/ice, storms).
The buyer is responsible for picking up the animal(s) within one hour after delivery to the closest FedEx hub. Any health issues or dead on arrival (DOA) must be reported within one hour of delivery to closest FedEx hub, and we will provide a replacement or store credit (Photos and return of animal may be required). Any issues discovered after the allotted one hour time period is not the responsibility of Morphz Unlimited LLC.
Although our animals are handle several times daily on a regular basis, Morphz Unlimited LLC cannot guarantee temperament of any reptile being sold.
Customer responsible for all shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without notice with the exception for which animals we have received a deposit.
All sales are final.
