I am an animal lover by nature and have found a love of breeding geckos. Currently we have crested geckos and some gargoyles. Live arrival Guarantee
I guarantee live arrival. In the unlikely evento that your reptile arrives dead on arrival (DOA), I will reimburse you the cost of the reptile(s) in the form of a credit (no cash refunds will be given) or an equal animal (if available). Shipping charges of the replacement reptile will be your responsibility. I do not reimburse shipping costs. I only ship to the nearest FedEx Hub in order to guarantee live arrival. Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery no matter what! I love these animals, and I always worry when shipping them.
All reptiles sold come with a 7 days health guarantee as well as a forever support from me. If one of the reptiles you purchased from me start acting ill or die within the 7 days please message me. I will ask about husbandry to make sure it was nothing in your care that might have caused a problem. (Temps, humidity, stress levels, and if it was something in your care that caused the problem we will not credit nor give another gecko. (Depending on cases)) I also recommend that you let your reptile have a week off from handling to help with stress of shipping. If there is a problem with the animal or you get a DOA please notify us within 1 hour of receiving the reptile. (For the DOA please provide a picture). Please let me know if your reptile(s) start acting weird or ill. I will try my best to help out and find a solution. Again, never hesitate to ask us a question!
Dropped tails can occur while shipping.(If purchased a gecko) This does not affect the gecko at all, so I do not offer any compensation.
Color and Sex Guarantee
(May be different depending on the reptile you purchased) If an animal is labeled male or female, sex is 100% guaranteed. The terms unsexed, possible female/male, probable female/male, no pores seen, pores seen, etc. are just my observations at the time the gecko is posted for sale, they are not a guarantee of sex.
I promise that my pictures are not altered or enhanced. I try my absolute best to accurately portray to colors of our animals when taking pictures. I try to take pictures when they are “fired” up however not always can I get them to do so. I am more than happy to provide extra pictures. You must also realize that when geckos are shipped they sometimes (but not often) will fire up a completely new shade that we have never seen before. I cannot be responsible for that, but otherwise promise to accurately portray the geckos to the best of our abilities. Also colors can change along with pattern as the gecko grows.
Shipping
At this moment in time I am only shipping to the continental 48 United States. I will hold an animal until shipping weather is right in both areas with no additional charge. Shipping is done through Reptile Express priority overnight or Reptiles2You Priority overnight . The animal should arrive by 10:30AM in most areas, however, some areas can be as late as 4:30pm. If you are unable to set aside an entire day, holding for pick up at your local FedEx hub is also an option. I will not be held responsible for issues or delays with the carrier. I will provide tracking number and any other information you may need.
Shipping prices are a $60 flat rate to the continental 48 United States.
Sales
Payments are accepted through cash app or Zelle only.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to place a reptile on hold, if buying multiple it will be a deposit for each one. If you are involved in a payment plan and change your mind on your purchase, any payments minus the hold deposit can be transferred to the newly chosen reptile. If you change your mind all together, a credit (minus the non-refundable deposits) will be issued toward a future purchase and will be good for one full year after date of issue. If you decide that you want to actually still get the gecko after already saying you didn’t then you will need to place a new deposit on the gecko and pay the full price again. (If you have credit you can put it towards it again as well) NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
If you are under the age of 18 I require conformation from your parents that you are allowed to purchase a pet from us. Along with the PayPal account being in their name as well.
No gecko is considered on hold until a deposit is sent, however, you must message me for approval before sending a deposit, so that I know who is sending money.
All sales are done private messages only. I like to have a written record of all transactions, therefore I do not do any sales over the phone.
I also reserve the right to refuse sale if I feel you are not ready, or capable of caring for one of the reptiles you are getting. I am looking out for these animals and I would like to know that they will be cared for. So do not be shocked if I ask if you can care for them and have an enclosure/cage ready for them.
Winter/Summer Holds
We will hold any gecko as long as payment in full minus shipping fee is made. Shipping fee will be paid two days prior to actually shipping.
Payment Plans
I do provide reasonable payment plans, with a 25% non-refundable down payment on each animal. Payment plans are available on animals over $200. After the deposit you will have 45 days to pay the full payment. On animals over $400 there is an option for a greater payment plan. Best thing is to ask, and let me know what you might need. If you remain open and let me know it makes everything easier.
