Small production, big service. We have been studying, keeping, and breeding snakes for over two decades. We maintain a small collection so that we can provide individual care for both our animals and customers.
Store Policy
All sales are final.
All animals will be shipped via FedEx overnight delivery to the buyer's nearest FedEx hub. At-home shipping can be arranged but is not preferred.
We guarantee the animal is shipped healthy and according to all FedEx rules and regulations. Buyer is responsible for animal injury or loss if buyer fails to obtain animal within 2 hours of arrival at hub or if buyer has animal shipped to home.
Buyer must inform HiFi of a sick, injured, or DOA animal within 2 hours of delivery. If the animal is shown to be sick or injured within 2 hours of delivery as proven by the Buyer (with photos and videos, as needed), HiFi is responsible for refund or replacement.
