We are family owned and operated exotic animal breeder company. With focus on a wide variety reptiles and exotic animals. We strive to to provide high quality animals to all of our clients. We are located in Chelsea, Alabama near Birmingham. We keep and breed all kinds of amazing creatures!
Store Policy
Payment is due at the time of initial transaction. At this time we only except Pay pal friends and family, Cash app, Venmo, credit card and cash on local pick up. (ALL DEPOSITS are NONREFUNDABLE!) Credits may be given in certain situations.
SHIPPING:
We strive to make sure that our animals are safe and healthy, in our care and during the shipping process. All animals will be shipped Fed Ex or UPS overnight. We ship animals on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of each week. We only ship when temperatures are appropriate for the animals from the departing city to the destination city and all the cities and shipping Hubs in between. If there are any concerns that temperatures are not appropriate the buyer will be notified of the next most appropriate shipping date.
LIVE ANIMAL GUARANTEE:
All of our animals are kept with appropriate husbandry and are feeding on the appropriate food. Sometimes things happen during shipping that are beyond the buyer or sellers control. We will take the utmost care in shipping our animals, including appropriate packaging and heating (if necessary).
D.O.A POLICY:
In the event that an animals demise. We must be notified via telephone within 30 MINUTES of the animals arrival with pictures of the packaging, the deceased animal and a picture of the Fed Ex or UPS receipt showing the arrival time!! If we are not notified within the 30 minutes of the animals arrival the guarantee is NULL and VOID. We STRONGLY advise that the buyer be ready and available to receive the package and to remove the animal from packaging as soon as possible, because the shipping process can be stressful on the animal.
