Animals will be shipped/held according to weather.
Shipping is tentative, will hold until temps are safe for no extra charge** We accept PayPal, Zelle and Cash App! If you use PayPal please When you go to send money in PayPal, you're asked if
you are "sending to a friend" or "paying for an item or
service". To avoid fees, you must select the "sending to a friend “ option! I’m not responsible for any Transaction fee’s!!!! Buyers have to include PayPal fee for any other payments!! We ship all over the US.Live Arrival/Health Guarantee: I guarantee live arrival, In the unlikely event that your gecko arrives dead on arrival (DOA), I will reimburse you the cost of the gecko(s) in the form of a credit (no cash refunds will be given).
I am not responsible if the reptile is left outside on your porch for over an hour. PLEASE check on your reptile as soon as you receive the package. DO NOT leave it outside. Tail loss is not covered by this. Injury caused by improper husbandry or mishandling by the buyer is also not covered. ! We also cannot control if Fedex has any delays during shipping which causes your box to arrive late. If Fedex has a delay while your box is in transit no refund on shipping costs will be given.
All geckos labeled probable or possible male/female are not guaranteed. We do our best to sex all geckos as accurately as possible however we cannot guarantee sex on geckos below 20 grams.
We does not guarantee color / pattern development as we cannot accurately predict how geckos will develop into adulthood as they can change drastically in some cases. Winder holds:

Return Period: All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable or transferable. This applies to payment plans or geckos purchased in full
Payments, Deposits and Refunds: All geckos are available until payment is received. Full payment of animal and shipping cost is required to ship your gecko. Contact me to begin a payment plan. Animals can be held with a 30% nonrefundable deposit. The remainder of the payment (including shipping cost) is due within 30 days of the initial payment. Any payments are non-refundable if the buyer backs out or does not pay the remainder of the cost. If more time is needed, we can work with you within reasonable means.
Once we have received the final payment, the gecko will be marked as “sold” and shipping can be arranged at that point. It is also the buyers responsibility to ensure the arrangements can be arranged to pick up the gecko at the FedEx location!!!!
We ship live animals overnight only on Monday,Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We also drop off all shipments to a Fedex hub, to avoid additional drivers handling the packages, and minimize the amount of time the animals spend in the package.

I will always try my best to work with any and all customers, but all i ask in return is that there is respect on both ends. I will not tolerate any rude individuals, and i will reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason. I will not work with an individual that does not attempt to comply.
