We're a small, family owned breeder located in OKC. We strive to produce excellent quality animals, as well as being customer focused!
Store Policy
We guarantee the sex of all of our animals as well as the genetics
We only ship Tuesdays or Wednesdays for next day pickups at your nearest FedEx ship center. We require all
animals to be held at the hub for customer pick up for the safety of our animals. Exceptions may be made if you are not within one hour driving distance to your closest hub. Local pickup is also available if you are within the Oklahoma City metro area. Customer must pick up animal within 3 hours of the animal arriving at the hub. Failure to do so will forfeit all claims against C4
Holds will be accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit. The full payment must be made within 30 days of the deposit, unless negotiated otherwise. If the full payment is not received within 30 days time, the deposit will be forfeit and the animal will be listed available for sale.
Payment Plans will be offered on any animal worth $1,000 or over, a 25% non-refundable down payment must be made to start the payment plan. Payments must be made on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule until paid off, if the customer fails to make a payment and has not been in contact for 14 days, the down payment as well as any other payment will be forfeit and the animal will become available for sale. Exceptions can be made but will be negotiated with the buyer on case by case basis. It is the customers responsibility to remember when their payment is due; I will not send reminders.
It is the buyer's responsibility to notify us within 2 hours of receiving the animal if there is an issue. Photos of the animal may be requested, and the buyer must be able to provide photos within the same day to begin the process of a refund or store credit, no exceptions.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
