IMPORTANT:
***I will ask you if you own or have owned any New Caledonian species before any transactions are made. Additionally, I require to see the set up prior to the gecko being shipped to ensure the husbandry is proper for the species.***
***If this is your first New Caledonian gecko then I am MORE than happy to answer ANY questions you may have and walk you through husbandry & feeding requirements etc. ****
****I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SALE OF A GECKO TO ANYONE IF I FEEL NECESSARY****
SHIPPING:
***PLEASE RECOGNIZE THE INHERENT RISKS OF SHIPPING ANY LIVE REPTILE, while a majority of shipping goes smoothly there are still some cases of reptiles dying during shipping procedures normally due to delays or handling negligence.
-I use priority overnight shipping through FedEx. I will ship only if the temperatures are between 40-80F on BOTH ends for at least 3 days.
-I will ONLY ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for next day delivery to avoid issues related to shipping over a weekend.
-If the gecko is shipped to your house then someone MUST be there for the arrival (usually before 10:30 am but at the very latest 4:30 pm). When the gecko arrives you must contact me within one hour of arrival time and let me know everything went okay.
- If the gecko is DOA (Dead On Arrival) and you contact me WITHIN A ONE HOUR window I will let you replace that gecko with one of equal or less value. If you wish not to replace the gecko then I will refund you half of the price of the gecko (because we agreed to the inherent risks of shipping) but only during that one hour arrival window. If you do not contact me during that window and inform me the gecko was DOA then I will NOT replace or refund the gecko.
-some geckos may be shipped and held at FedEx hubs (you will be informed prior to shipping if this is the case) and you are responsible for picking up the gecko on time.
PAYMENT TERMS:
*If local Pick up (Jacksonville, Florida)
1) Pay in full at time of transaction
2) Payment plan (will be discussed)
*If temperature allows immediate shipping:
1) Pay the gecko in full (including shipping) - gecko will be shipped immediately on discussed date
2) Payment plan (will be discussed)
*If temperature does NOT immediately allow shipping:
1) The gecko can be paid in full now and shipped when weather is appropriate
2)Or a 20% non-refundable deposit can be put on a gecko to hold until better temperatures. The remaining balance will be due a week before the gecko is shipped on the discussed date. If payment is not completed on time (unless otherwise discussed) then the gecko will be considered abandoned and will be listed again for sale.

SEXING GECKOS
*ANY available juvenile gecko can be sexed but it will be a best guess rather than a guarantee. I have a more accurate idea when the gecko is at least 10-20 grams. Anything less is really just a best guess.
TAIL DROPPING
*I am not responsible for any tails dropping during shipping or once the gecko is in your care. Geckos will not be refunded or replaced due to tail dropping.
