Store Policy
Accepted methods of payment include Venmo, Square, Zelle, CashApp, and bank transfers. Payment plans may be offered in some circumstances for animals $1,000 and over, and typically require a 25% deposit with the balance due within 30-90 days, depending on the cost of the animal. For more information, please contact us. All deposits and payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.
We offer domestic shipping.
All animals are guaranteed to arrive in healthy condition.
Sales and Shipping Policies:
1. If the seller withdraws from a transaction after the buyer has made a payment, the seller is obligated to refund 100% of the money, including any non-refundable portion.
2. If the seller fails to respond to a buyer who has made a payment and has not yet received the animal for 14 days or more, the seller may forfeit any non-refundable portions and must provide a 100% refund upon request, subject to MorphMarket's discretion.
3. We guarantee that animals will arrive at the buyer's location alive and in good health. To ensure the live arrival guarantee, animals shipped through FedEx must be held for pick-up at a shipping hub. Shipping is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week, with temperature requirements between 40-90 degrees Fahrenheit at both origin and destination.
4. We guarantee that the animal being delivered is the exact one represented in the advertisement, unless otherwise stated with an official Representative Photo.
5. We guarantee the sex of the delivered animal. Any claims regarding the sex must be made within 7 days, and we advise buyers to verify the sex upon arrival.
6. We guarantee that the animal shipped will not have a weight difference of more than 20% from the advertised weight, if weight is specified.
7. We guarantee that the animal has been shipped in a healthy state and in compliance with all FedEx or UPS rules and regulations. If the buyer fails to collect the animal immediately after home delivery or pick up within 2 hours of hub delivery, the buyer is responsible for any injury or loss.
8. If the animal is found to be ill or injured within 24 hours of delivery, as corroborated by the buyer with photos and videos, the seller is responsible for either a refund or a replacement.
9. The seller is not responsible for the temperament of the animal.
10. Due to the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of Incomplete Dominant (Co-Dom) genes in our animals.
11. Recessive and Heterozygous genes are guaranteed.
MorphMarket's Default Store Policy
specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
