About
My name is Charles Seifert, but most people call me Capt. Chuck or Big Country. I have been handling and breeding snakes and other exotics for 30+ years. I was one of the original members of the Miami-Dade County Fire Rescue Venom One Unit, where I was able to fly antivenom all over the world to treat snake bites and catch venomous reptiles, as well as the pythons in the everglades. During my time with Venom One and as a snake handler, I have taught reptile education and snake bite management classes at hundreds of schools, hospitals, universities, and conferences. I have progressed from initially breeding corn snakes as a kid, to large pythons and venomous snakes, and am now currently breeding ball pythons and red tail boas. Through the years I have learned from many of the greats, and can call them my friends. Snake handling and breeding has always been my passion and I am always available with information and resources to my customers.
I participated in a series about Venom One on Animal Planet, called Swamp Wars. I've also been seen on NatGeo, Discovery, and History channels, as well as local and national media.

PayPal is preferred other payments or trades will be considered.Certain conditions must be met in order for us to Honor the Live Arrival Guarantee. DOAS rarely occur. If by chance it does occur, do not dispose of the animal! Please keep frozen as you need to send us pictures within 4 hours of arrival, and may be asked to send the animal back for verification.
Condtions for Live Arrival Guarantee - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
1- Someone must sign for package on FIRST delivery attempt. If no one signs for it, guarantee is void. If you requested your package to be held at your local FedEx station, you must pick up within 4 hours.
2- If you input your address incorrectly, we cannot guarantee that once it is re-routed, that it will be ok, so make sure you input your address correctly, and then double check it!
3- Temperatures at destination, and FedEx pass through facility(in route) must be between 40-90f or guarantee is void. If temperatures are 25f or above we can have it held at a FedEx Ship Center for pickup - always recommended any time of year.
4- All claims must be made within 24 hours from receipt of shipment. Proof of a photo with our label, and our animal clearly deceased. Do not dispose of animal, place in zip-lock and freeze until you get further instructions from us.
5- All packages must be signed for, FedEx will NEVER leave a package without a signature. NO EXCEPTIONS, animals just cannot be sent without signature required!
Although we guarantee live arrival if above conditions are met, if you have an issue with the animal you must notify us in writing within 24 hours via email or via website messaging service.
