Store Policy
GUARANTEE:
Sex, genetics and live arrival guaranteed. Live arrival guarantee is void if the animal is not picked up from local FedEx hub on the same day of delivery. I recommend confirming sex upon delivery or shortly thereafter. All rodents produced in-house or outsourced are fed Mazuri lab block diet.
KIDS:
No sales to minors. Please have a parent or guardian contact me to do business.
SHIPPING & RECEIVING:
Shipping days: Monday through Wednesday.
We are currently using 3/4" black carbon insulating foam which has a higher insulating R value when compared to white foam.
Priority overnight shipping costs around $40 within Florida or $80 out of state for a baby-yearling. Send zip code for exact shipping cost.
If there are any concerns or issues upon receipt of animal(s), the customer must notify the seller within 48 hours. In some cases, the customer may be responsible for the shipping cost to return an animal.
Ask us how to receive a 50% discount on your shipping cost.
PRICING & PAYMENT:
Non-refundable deposit of 25% required to hold any animal(s).
Payment plans are available.
Acceptable methods of payment are: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, money order, check and credit/debt card.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
CANCELATION POLICY: Any and all canceled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This covers our administrative cost and compensates us for any potential sales that were lost.
LAWS:
Know your local wildlife laws. Since every state and local municipality has their own laws regarding exotic wildlife ownership, you are responsible for knowing what is allowed and not allowed in your area. I will not knowingly ship a reptile to an area where it is restricted.
OCC - Ontogenetic color changes:
In some cases, the colors of a snake will change with time and development. If you are unsure of what the adult version looks like or what to expect the adult version to look like, just ask us. We sometimes can tell you what to expect for adult coloration.
Laboratory testing is available at customer's expense upon special request.

Wholesale Policy
We send out approximately half a dozen wholesale orders annually. Minimum order of 10 animals or $500. Prices and availability are subject to change.
