Store Policy

Payment
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. (Inquire about a set payment plan for orders over $500) We preferably accept payment by PayPal. Credit cards and debit cards can be accepted through PayPal. We also accept payment through Venmo and CashApp.

Delivery
We ship live animals overnight only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays with Reptiles2You. Delivery is always sent Priority Overnight through FedEx. We drop off all our shipments to a Fedex hub, to avoid additional drivers handling the packages, and minimize the amount of time the animals spend in the package. We also have the option of shipping to your local FedEx Hub where the customer will be able to pick the package up. Shipping will be arranged with the customer only when payments have been received in full. We provide every customer with a FedEx tracking number to ensure when the package will be dropped off.

Live Arrival
If your animal is Dead On Arrival, photo proof must be provided immediately within 30 minutes of the arrival of the gecko. We ask that photos be provided for proof of the DOA. A full shop credit or a refund will be issued. We are not responsible for any issues that may occur during the transport. We are not responsible for carrier delays or loss of package. No credit or refunds will be given if carrier would lose a package or damage to package due to carrier error results in DOA. We do not offer refunds or credit for the loss of a tail during or after transit. If an animal drops a tail in our possession before being sold, we will not refund the purchaser the deposit if they decide they no longer want the animal.

Returns
If the buyer decides they no longer want to follow through with the purchase after the full payment is sent through they will only receive a *75%* refund. If the customer decides they want to return the reptile after shipment, they will receive a *75%* refund and will have to pay the shipping fees. Refunds are only sent if the reptile returned is in good health and the customer can provide photos of the enclosure/reptile before shipping. Our shop always welcomes reptiles back into our care under any health conditions if circumstances do not work out with the customer, however refunds can not be given if the reptile was being improperly cared for after it left our facility.
